Drone-Powered Aerial Capture

For building exteriors, roofs, facades, and hard-to-access elevations, we deploy specialist drone technology operated by a CAA-qualified pilot.

Our drone fleet uses high-resolution RGB imaging combined with LiDAR scanning to produce a fully textured 3D model of your building's exterior. No scaffolding. No access equipment. No disruption to occupants.

This is particularly valuable for:

Facade condition assessments and defect identification
Roof surveys and drainage inspections
Pre-purchase or pre-refurbishment surveys
Large or complex sites where ground-level access is impractical

Take precise point-to-point measurements directly within the model. Room dimensions, ceiling heights, corridor widths — all measurable without stepping foot on site.
AI-generated floor plans are produced automatically from the scan data and exported as PDF, PNG, or SVG. Accurate enough for space planning and lease documentation.
Add tags, notes, images, documents, and hyperlinks to specific locations within the model. Useful for asset registers, maintenance records, defect logs, and compliance documentation.
Embed rich content directly into the 3D space — PDF datasheets, maintenance instructions, warranties, or inspection records — anchored to the exact location they relate to.
For multi-storey buildings, floor-by-floor navigation is built in as standard, with spatial alignment between levels.
Create pre-programmed walkthrough routes through the model — useful for onboarding, stakeholder presentations, or remote familiarisation.
Your model can be shared via a private link, embedded on an intranet or website, or restricted by password and user access controls.
Control exactly who can see what. Areas can be blurred or excluded from the published model where privacy or security requires it.
The model works on any modern device — desktop, tablet, or mobile — without degradation in quality or function.
