One network. Every layer of the digital twin.
Twinflow works with a network of specialist technology partners spanning capture, modelling, platforms, controls, simulation and compliance. We are not owned by any of them, and we do not resell for any of them. That is the whole point.
No single vendor owns the digital twin.
Ask a hardware manufacturer what your estate needs and you will be told you need a scanner. Ask a platform vendor and you will be told you need their platform. Ask a controls contractor and you will be told you need a new BMS. Every answer arrives before anyone has asked what you are actually trying to fix.
Independent research puts standalone digital twin software at around 1.3 billion dollars, sitting inside an enabling technology ecosystem worth over 175 billion and spanning more than 1,500 vendors. No single supplier holds more than one or two layers of that stack. Digital twin is not a product you buy. It is an outcome you assemble.
That is why our partner network exists. We hold relationships across the full stack so the technology recommendation comes after the problem is understood, not before it.
We have no product to protect.
We do not resell a single platform and we do not carry a hardware quota. If the right answer for your estate is a tool we have no commercial relationship with, that is the recommendation you will get. Our revenue comes from getting the programme right, not from what sits inside it.
We match the technology to the requirement, not the other way round.
An FM asset register does not need survey grade accuracy. A structural deformation programme does. A retail estate needs different capture to a data centre. Getting this judgement right is the difference between a proportionate budget and a wasted one, and it is the single most common place we see money lost before we get involved.
We hold the integration risk.
Most estates already run a building management system, a CAFM, a document store, a metering platform and a video system that were never designed to talk to each other. Our partners cover the connective layer, from protocol translation at field level through to enterprise data platforms. Twinflow coordinates it as one programme rather than five disconnected procurements.
Partners never deal with your team directly.
Every enquiry, scope, programme and deliverable routes through Twinflow. You hold one relationship, one contract and one point of accountability. If something goes wrong, you have one number to call and nobody to point at each other.
We can exit any technology.
Data ownership, export formats and portability are written into scope at the start. If a vendor stalls, gets acquired or quietly changes direction, your data leaves with you. We have watched that happen to enough estates to treat it as a design requirement rather than a legal formality.
Ten capability areas. Thirty-three service categories.
The map below sets out everything available through the Twinflow partner network. We have published it in full rather than reducing it to three marketing headlines, because most organisations buying a digital twin do not yet know which parts they need, and the useful conversation starts once they can see the whole range.
Use it as a checklist. If something here describes a problem you recognise, that is a conversation worth having.
Nobody buys all of this. Most estates need three or four categories, in the right order, sequenced against a budget cycle and a compliance deadline.

You do not need all of this.
Nobody deploys thirty-three service categories. Most estates need three or four, in the right order, sequenced against a budget cycle and a compliance deadline. The value of a network this broad is not that you can buy all of it. It is that the recommendation gets made from the full range rather than from the narrow slice any single supplier happens to sell. If you already know what you need, we will scope it and coordinate delivery. If you do not, that is a far more common starting point than most people admit, and it is the conversation we are best at.
